Raena AI 500,000 Users Celebration Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1.1. This giveaway is open to all individuals who have an active Raena AI account registered with the same email used for entry.

1.2. Pro and Premium members will automatically receive triple entries into the giveaway.

1.3. Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.

1.4. Employees of Raena AI and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

1.5. This giveaway is void where prohibited and is not open to residents of the following countries due to legal, regulatory, or financial restrictions:

• North Korea
• Cuba
• Iran
• Syria
• Russia (including Crimea region, Donetsk, Luhansk)
• Belarus
• Afghanistan
• Brazil
• Italy
• France
• Quebec (Canada)
• India
• Saudi Arabia & UAE

2.1. The giveaway begins on 24 March 2025 at 12:00 AM AEST and closes on 14 April 2025 at 11:59 PM AEST.

2.2. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.

3.1. Entry is free for all Raena AI users.

3.2. To enter, participants must submit a testimonial about their experience using Raena AI. Testimonials must be original and truthful.

3.3. Participants may include optional media (photos/videos) showcasing their use of Raena AI, but screenshots are not allowed.

3.4. Pro and Premium members receive triple entries automatically.

4.1. The total estimated prize pool is $43,047 USD, broken down as follows:

• 3x Raena AI Pro Lifetime Memberships (valued at $35,997 USD total; lifetime defined as 100 years at $119.99/year). Disclaimer: Digital memberships do not incur a cost for Raena AI.
• 50x Raena AI Pro Yearly Memberships (valued at $5,999.50 USD total). Disclaimer: Digital memberships do not incur a cost for Raena AI.
• 10x $100 USD bank transfers (total $1,000 USD).
• 3x Apple iPads (valued at $1,047 USD total).

4.2. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives, except at the discretion of Raena AI.

4.3. Winners are solely responsible for any local taxes, duties, or regulations that may apply in their country.

5.1. Winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries on 24 April 2025 at 9:00 PM AEST and winners will be announce via Raena AI's official channels shortly after.

5.2. Winners will be contacted via their registered Raena AI email. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, Raena AI reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

6.1. By entering, participants grant Raena AI the right to use their submitted testimonial and uploaded content (excluding sensitive personal data) for promotional purposes on Raena AI's website and social media.

6.2. Personal information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

7.1. Raena AI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway in the event of fraud, technical failure, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

7.2. Raena AI is not responsible for lost, delayed, or incomplete entries due to technical issues.

7.3. By participating, entrants agree to release Raena AI from any liability arising from their participation in the giveaway.
